Own end-to-end HR support for US/night shift RCM operations at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
Partner with Operations leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and resolve employee relations issues.
Maintain HR reporting, track attrition, absenteeism, and deliver HR process improvements in a high-volume night-shift environment.
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years HR experience with focus on HRBP, Employee Relations, or HR Operations.
Experience in BPO/Healthcare/US Healthcare/RCM industry is mandatory.
Experience supporting night-shift/US-shift employees.
Location preference: Navi Mumbai/Mumbai or reasonable commute to Turbhe.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability managing HRBP functions in US Healthcare RCM or similar high-volume operational environments.
Experienced in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and retention in night-shift workforce.
Skilled in stakeholder management and working closely with Operations leadership for HR strategy execution.
