Senior Data Analyst

Own design and maintenance of operational dashboards tracking throughput, cycle time, SLAs, and defect analytics to provide transparent visibility into team performance.

Track and analyze delivery metrics including batch and sprint delivery, produce burn-downs and projections to flag delivery slippages early.

Own executive reporting cadence with daily, weekly, and monthly refreshed dashboards and reports that inform leadership’s planning, resourcing, and investment decisions.

3-5 years experience in a data or analytics role, ideally in fast-moving product or engineering environment.

Proficient in Python including pandas, requests, ETL scripting, JSON/XML parsing.

Strong hands-on SQL or equivalent query languages including advanced functions and performance tuning.

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and advanced Excel skills including pivots and Power Query.

Experienced in operational data analysis supporting engineering/product teams with delivery, quality, and API telemetry data.

Detail-oriented with strong data quality focus and ownership mindset to ensure accuracy and timely insights.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, QA, DevOps, and operations leads providing actionable intelligence for leadership decisions.
