Minimum Requirements
4-5 years of experience in Java software development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and distributed systems; exposure to AWS cloud environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong backend development expertise with operational experience in distributed, data-intensive applications and scalable systems.
Comfortable adopting AI-driven software engineering methodologies and integrating AI tools into the development lifecycle.
Experienced in collaborating with frontend teams and cross-functional stakeholders, capable of mentoring junior developers.
