M365 Technical Architect role

Lead Microsoft 365 consulting projects including solution design, migration plans, and client presentations to align technology with business needs.

Provide project leadership and direct client engagement across IT, business, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

Participate in pre-sales activities and provide occasional escalation support for managed services clients or project teams.

Minimum 7 years of customer-facing IT consulting experience focused on Microsoft 365 solutions.

At least 2 years of experience working with Azure, including enterprise-scale secure environments and cloud adoption frameworks.

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and Entra ID (Azure AD) including MFA and Conditional Access.

Experience in migrating enterprise clients to Microsoft 365, creating client deliverables (architecture, documentation), and modernizing legacy infrastructure for cloud migration.

Experienced in leading technical architecture and consulting engagements for enterprise Microsoft 365 projects involving direct interaction with senior stakeholders.

Strong technical skillset covering M365 security tools (Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview) and governance/compliance solutions.

Capable of managing project teams and bridging pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment support phases in complex, customer-facing environments.
