Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles.
Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, Python, and automation tools including Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Postman, Insomnia, NodeJS, Mocha, and Cucumber.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Harness.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in test automation framework engineering with practical experience in CI/CD and modern automation tools including AI/ML augmentation.
Demonstrated ability to lead and standardize QA processes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies (TDD, BDD) and familiarity with enterprise business platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) enhances fit but not mandatory.
