Lead technical delivery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development for Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.

Design, develop, and deploy various integration types including app-driven, scheduled, file-based, REST, SOAP, and event-based integrations.

Oversee integration architecture, testing (integration and performance), deployment, and collaboration with client architects and middleware teams.

8-12+ years of integration and application development experience.

Minimum 4+ years specifically with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM integrations.

Location: Offshore (India) - Pune (Birlasoft Office, Hinjawadi).

Proven experience leading Oracle Integration Cloud and Visual Builder Cloud Service solutions in enterprise Oracle Fusion HCM environments.

Strong expertise in diverse integration patterns (app-driven, scheduled, file-based, REST, SOAP, event-based) and development standards.

Ability to manage end-to-end integration lifecycle including architecture, testing, deployment, and issue troubleshooting.
