Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks covering UI (Web/Mobile), API, and integration layers with 60-80% regression automation target.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing and shift-left quality.
Own end-to-end quality outcomes including manual, exploratory, and non-functional testing; perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development for fixes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing with strong focus on automation.
Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or Swift and automation tools like Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, or Cypress.
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in owning and evolving test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices within Agile SDLC environments.
Capable of blending automation with manual testing to ensure comprehensive quality coverage at scale.
Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with developers, QA, product owners, and tech leads to drive quality and continuous improvement.
