Ensure platform reliability, security, and operational excellence in a healthcare-grade, multi-tenant environment with HIPAA and encryption compliance.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering management roles.
Strong expertise in distributed systems, Kubernetes, AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
Experience building or operating large-scale multi-tenant SaaS platforms, API gateways, or identity/authorization systems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leader of platform/infrastructure teams supporting multiple dependent engineering teams, comfortable owning uptime and reliability.
Deep technical background in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern data infrastructure.
Experienced with multi-tenant platform challenges including authentication, authorization, security compliance (HIPAA), and multi-cloud deployment models.
