Lead technical development and delivery at team level focusing on designing, architecting, and implementing microservices and micro-front end solutions within a financial wellbeing platform.
Take ownership of design and delivery of software solutions using Spring Boot, Quarkus, ReactJS, and cloud technologies (GCP/AWS/Azure), embedding DevSecOps principles and modern architectures.
Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, collaborate with product and engineering leads to align technical strategy with customer outcomes and platform vision.
Minimum Requirements
8-14 years total work experience with at least 8 years as a hands-on software developer delivering end-to-end solutions.
At least 6 years experience designing and developing microservices and micro-front end architectures.
Minimum 6 years of experience in large financial services or banking industry.
Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot (including reactive programming) and frameworks like Quarkus, ReactJS, Redux, REST & SOAP APIs, plus cloud deployment experience (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader comfortable with architectural governance, risk management, and compliance in large-scale, regulated environments.
Proficient in modern DevOps toolchains (CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud infrastructure enabling delivery at scale.
Capable of translating complex technology requirements into actionable solutions and leading cross-functional teams including collaborating with Enterprise, Security, Data, and Infrastructure architects.
