Lead quality assurance efforts for the Archer Platform, ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Design and develop test automation including both automated and manual testing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while identifying and troubleshooting software defects.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 8 years of work experience with 4 to 6 years specifically in Automated and Manual testing.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (minimum 3 years of relevant experience).
Technical skills required: Python, Robot Framework, SQL, DevOps (GitHub Actions), HPALM and/or qTest.
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office in Bangalore, 2 days WFH), Shift: 12:30 PM to 10 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automated and manual testing with strong expertise in Python, Robot Framework, and SQL.
Familiarity with DevOps processes, especially GitHub actions, and test management tools like HPALM or qTest.
Candidates with exposure to Archer Platform, VBScript, and Selenium will have an advantage.
