Lead development and customization of Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace PDM/PLM solutions to support Wärtsilä's digital transformation.
Own complex PLM integrations, customizations, and modernization initiatives including server-side extensions using ITK, SOA services, and BMIDE.
Provide L2/L3 support by troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and contributing to Teamcenter/AWC upgrades ensuring maintainability and upgrade readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
6+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter customization, Active Workspace implementation or application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace customization, AWC declarative UI architecture, JavaScript, ITK, SOA, and BMIDE.
Location: Navi Mumbai, India with hybrid work setting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex PLM system integration and enhancements within enterprise environments, comfortable managing end-to-end customization and deployments.
Capable of collaborating with global stakeholders and working in Agile/Scrum settings with clear communication on technical status and risks.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of Teamcenter data models, workflows, access control, and REST/web services integrations.
