Own SQL querying and data analysis across BigQuery and SQL Server to support insurance business decisions.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards monitoring key insurance KPIs such as quotes, retention, and premiums.
Perform trend and impact analyses to drive pricing, underwriting, and competitive intelligence strategies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years professional experience, including at least 1 year in personal lines insurance data analysis or related roles.
Strong hands-on SQL skills with experience in BigQuery and/or SQL Server.
Advanced experience in Power BI dashboard creation and Microsoft Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in mid-term (12+ months) cross-functional insurance analytics projects with business impact focus.
Ability to independently solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify opportunities or issues.
Comfortable working remotely with US business teams and overlapping US evening hours (7:30pm - 11:30pm IST).
