Design, develop, and support data migration and engineering solutions for Salesforce-powered ITSM platform transformation programs.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and reusable migration frameworks ensuring high-quality and secure data movement from legacy systems to Salesforce and Enterprise Service Management solutions.
Collaborate with Salesforce Leads, Architects, Integration Developers, and Business Analysts to enable Agentforce, AI automation, analytics, and ITSM capabilities through robust data engineering and governance practices.
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years of overall IT experience with minimum 3+ years in Data Engineering or Data Migration projects.
Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enterprise transformation programs.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT frameworks, and working knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and ITSM solutions.
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-scale data migration and transformation, especially within Salesforce-powered ITSM or ESM environments.
Strong technical and analytical skills with a track record of ownership for data quality and delivery outcomes in Agile settings.
Familiar with AI-driven automation, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and cloud-based data platforms, with certifications in related data engineering and Salesforce technologies being a plus.
