Own and manage recurring cybersecurity operations reporting including KPIs, SLAs, backlog, aging, remediation, and compliance metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards and perform trend analysis for vulnerability management and operational performance to support staffing and planning.
Prepare management reports and executive summaries highlighting risks, trends, and recommendations; automate reporting and data validation processes.
Minimum Requirements
6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity reporting, security operations analytics, business intelligence, or IT operations reporting.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or related field (B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc.).
Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), and working knowledge of SQL.
Role location: Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling cybersecurity operational data from scanners, SIEM, ticketing, and compliance tools with strong analytical abilities.
Proficient in developing operational dashboards and management reports with ability to communicate complex data to technical and managerial stakeholders.
Skilled in KPI/SLA design, capacity planning, and automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar tools; holds relevant BI certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst or SQL/data analytics.
