Lead Software Engineer (.Net)

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET for backend and Flutter/React for frontend, including RESTful API design and integration.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack while writing maintainable code and unit tests for backend and frontend.

Lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams to deliver quality solutions.

7+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in backend development using .NET and proficiency in Flutter frontend technology.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is mandatory.

Strong understanding of RESTful API design, databases (SQL and NoSQL), version control (Git), and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with Docker-based configuration and deployment and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS is preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in end-to-end full-stack development with a strategic mindset for problem solving and scalable solutions.

Comfortable working in multicultural and multinational teams with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Familiar with design patterns and best practices in modern software engineering including cloud and containerization technologies.
