Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer cybersecurity requirements and drive lifecycle management of cybersecurity services and tools.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Controls-Instrumentation Engineering, Industrial Automation, or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of experience in control server/network design.
Hands-on experience with network, compute, data, storage, and application security principles for on-premises and cloud applications.
Experience with NERC/CIP, IEC 62443 standards is highly desired but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cybersecurity strategy and product development within OT environments for power generation or similar industrial sectors.
Capable of leading technical teams and influencing global, cross-functional stakeholders within matrix organizations.
Comfortable coordinating multiple programs simultaneously with ability to quickly learn complex information and communicate effectively.
