Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or related discipline.
5+ years experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering roles.
Proficient in Python, SQL, Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, and AWS cloud platform for production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.
Experience working with clinical trial data and familiarity with clinical trial systems such as EDC/eCRF and CTMS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to translate complex clinical study data requirements into scalable technical data engineering solutions.
Experienced in managing data quality, traceability, validation, and regulatory compliance within clinical data environments.
Operates independently on technical deliverables while effectively collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, balancing delivery priorities in clinical timelines.
