About This Role

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance UI applications using React/Next.js and component design systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front end developers and designers to define, design, and ship new features meeting client needs.

Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness; participate in code reviews and troubleshoot software defects.

Minimum Requirements

6 to 10 years of work experience in software development.

Proficiency in React and/or Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/UI, Storybook, and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift and CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and Git.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in building reusable, scalable UI component libraries and working in hybrid work mode with cross-functional teams.

Familiar with cloud-native services (AWS/Azure) and data technologies such as data warehouses, vector databases, and ML workflow orchestration (preferred but not mandatory).

Able to deliver high-quality frontend solutions with focus on maintainability, performance, and collaborative development in a large IT consulting environment.
