Lead portfolio financial monitoring including plan versus actual performance, budget utilization, and finance cycle inputs.
Manage month-end portfolio financial processes, billing coordination with vendors, and update financials in Clarity for accuracy against forecasts.
Support Program Directors and Senior Managers with daily project management tasks such as status reporting, JIRA management, and project documentation.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of work experience in software engineering or related roles.
Proficiency in project management tools including MIS, Planview SaaS, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and data visualization skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) in Bangalore, India; Shift: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling portfolio-level financial monitoring and project control in IT or software environments.
Comfortable working with financial systems such as Clarity and managing billing processes involving vendors.
Able to deliver clear, impactful communication and visualization for senior stakeholders and manage multiple project management tools effectively.
