Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in Talent Analytics, Workforce Planning, or global crowdsourcing/localization environments.
Advanced SQL skills mandatory for managing large, complex relational databases.
Proven expertise in interactive dashboard design using Power BI or similar BI tools and expert-level Microsoft Excel capabilities.

Experience operating in fast-paced, large-scale talent acquisition or workforce planning settings with complex multilingual community datasets.
Skilled in transforming raw data into actionable, executive-level strategic advice through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
Proficient in independently managing analytical projects with minimal supervision, and communicating technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
