Minimum Requirements
10+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in network security, identity, cloud, or security architecture.
6+ years of direct people management including hiring, development, performance, retention, and succession planning.
Practical experience designing, implementing, or leading Zero Trust initiatives in an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Zero Trust principles/frameworks (NIST SP 800-207, CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model) and ability to apply them in complex environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record of building or scaling teams across regions with full line management accountability.
Experienced in developing and operationalizing security strategies, architectures, and roadmaps specifically for Zero Trust.
Comfortable managing high-severity security incidents coordinating cross-functional teams and explaining complex technical details to senior leadership.
