Minimum Requirements
10+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in network security, identity, cloud, or security architecture.
6+ years of direct line management experience including hiring, development, retention, and succession planning.
Practical Zero Trust experience leading or designing enterprise initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Strong knowledge of Zero Trust principles/frameworks (NIST SP 800-207, CISA maturity model) and working knowledge across key Zero Trust domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing and delivering security strategies, architectures, and roadmaps end-to-end with technical depth to challenge senior engineers.
Proven ability to lead response to high-severity security incidents involving cross-department coordination.
Demonstrated capability in building or scaling multi-regional teams and explaining complex security concepts to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
