Minimum Requirements
B.E or B.Tech degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Indian college. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of product management experience, preferably in Banks/NBFCs or fintech sector.
Strong technical understanding of software development, data science, APIs, cloud services, and scalable platforms.
Experience with UX tools like Figma; knowledge of Business Rules Engines and credit underwriting process preferred but not strictly required.
