Provide servant leadership to cross-functional Scrum teams, facilitating all agile ceremonies and ensuring collaboration among development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
Manage backlog health, refinement, prioritization, sprint/release planning, and removal of team blockers to ensure efficient multiple rapid development cycles.
Drive continuous improvement, inter-team coordination, governance (using Jira, Confluence), metrics development, conflict resolution, and cultural change as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
Engineering Degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MS in Computer Sciences) mandatory.
10+ years of experience in Software Product Development.
At least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum projects.
Excellent English communication skills and willingness to work across different time zones as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile at Scale frameworks like LeSS, SAFe, CSM, with knowledge of lean/agile project management and DevOps practices (TDD/BDD, CI/CD).
Strong analytical, conceptual skills with ability to manage complex technical risks, conflict resolution, and inter-team collaboration.
Certified Scrum Master (PSM I, CSM or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master) and experience in quality management preferred.
