Minimum Requirements
3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
At least 1 year experience developing AI/LLM-based solutions with working knowledge of Copilot Studio.
Experience with GitLab, Git, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and integration with Dataverse, Snowflake, SQL Server, REST APIs.
Work Experience Required: 3–5+ years software/platform engineering experience (senior associate level).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical expertise operating at the intersection of Microsoft Power Platform development and AI/LLM solution delivery with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Experienced in lifecycle management and governance, working closely with architecture, security, and governance teams to ensure compliant, reusable solutions.
Capable of mentoring others, guiding best practices, and translating complex requirements into scalable automated AI and cloud applications.
