Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered analytic products within the Industrial System Analytics group.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, prioritization, agile execution (sprint planning, backlog grooming), and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Hands-on contribute to AI/ML model prototyping, fine-tuning, evaluation, and collaborate on data pipelines and MLOps strategies while balancing technical credibility and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (Computer Science, IT, Electronics).
5 to 7 years total professional experience including at least 3 years in Product Management focused on AI/ML or data-driven products.
Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying large language models (LLMs) and practical knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
Proven experience managing multiple product workstreams simultaneously using agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience blending technical hands-on AI/ML expertise with strategic product management and roadmap ownership in fast-paced environments.
Comfortable bridging technical teams (engineering, data science) and business stakeholders, with strong communication to translate complex AI concepts.
Preference for candidates with background or interest in automotive, mobility, or manufacturing domains, and familiarity with AI/LLM advancements, responsible AI practices, and cloud AI platforms.
