Minimum Requirements
12-16 years total work experience with 10+ years in a managerial role in Process/Delivery Excellence or Transformation managing multiple accounts.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Human Resources, Commerce or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
Location: Hyderabad or Bengaluru; Mode of work is Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with a strong background in process optimization and transformation across multiple accounts.
Hands-on expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ability to mentor and drive cultural change in continuous improvement.
Familiarity with or exposure to Recruitment, Scheduling, Screening processes, and digital tools like automation, AI, or process mining.
