Program Manager, Program Lead

Lead and manage projects/programs across functional areas from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.

Develop and implement business process improvements and support key business strategies through data-driven insights.

Ensure risk management, stakeholder communication, change management, and project closure in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years experience, or equivalent.

Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management.

Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills for data interpretation supporting decision making.

Experienced in cross-functional project leadership within operations, supply chain, or related domains, preferably familiar with semiconductor or global supply environments.

Possesses recognized project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) indicating formal project management expertise.

Demonstrates ability to manage complex projects involving risk management, change management, and high-level stakeholder communication.
