Develop and automate functional tests using scripts, especially using ServiceNow ATF, and analyze/report test results to stakeholders.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues; prepare documentation across the software development lifecycle; mentor junior testers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2-4 years relevant QA experience.
Mandatory experience in ServiceNow testing, with preference for automated testing using ServiceNow ATF.
CSA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 2-4 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in ServiceNow platform quality assurance, particularly with ATF automated testing.
Capable of independently assessing test effort and timelines and contributing to overall test planning.
Able to mentor less experienced testers and communicate issues clearly to technical and leadership teams.
