Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4-6 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
Proven expertise with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, CMDB, Employee Center, and integrations.
Experience with technical design reviews, code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Flow Designer.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery including development, integration, and platform modernization activities.
Comfortable working alongside architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams while managing delivery risks and technical debt.
Capable of handling complex troubleshooting, leading technical investigations, and enabling long-term platform sustainability.
