Own and enhance reporting and analytics solutions for Sales Leadership, Regional Sales Operations, and business stakeholders focusing on pipeline, revenue, bookings, forecasting, and operational performance.
Serve as primary contact for CCO data, reporting, and analytics; lead data quality improvement, data cleansing, and data governance initiatives with TMO and Central Analytics.
Lead development, optimization, and security management of Tableau dashboards and reporting assets; evaluate emerging analytics and visualization technologies; drive alignment between business priorities and reporting solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
7+ years experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related functions.
Advanced Tableau development skills including dashboard design, data modeling, performance optimization, and access management.
Strong SQL skills and experience with large enterprise datasets, data warehouses, reporting platforms, and data governance frameworks.

Experienced in managing complex enterprise-level reporting and analytics environments supporting sales, revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and operational metrics.
Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Support, and IT teams for delivery of data-driven insights.
