Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 6+ years experience OR 8+ years experience in software engineering related field.
Proven experience in building and scaling large-scale, low-latency distributed systems using microservices architectures.
Strong hands-on coding experience and technical leadership in complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Work location: Bangalore, India (daily onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior technical leader with a strong background in cloud-native distributed systems, preferably with Azure, GCP, or Walmart Cloud Native Platform experience.
Experienced in mentoring senior engineers and leading large engineering projects with focus on system design, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence technical strategy aligning with business outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments.
