10+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices design (Java/SpringBoot), and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
Proven experience leading architecture and delivering complex large-scale platform solutions, including cloud-native infrastructure (GCP and/or Azure).
Work Experience Required: 10+ years software engineering experience explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep technical leadership with hands-on proficiency in Java and/or Python, able to guide teams on design, standards, and best practices within large-scale distributed system environments.
Experienced in operating and evolving cloud-based data platforms with strong capabilities in streaming technologies and ML lifecycle (MLOps) implementations.
Skilled collaborator across global and cross-functional teams, able to influence senior leadership and integrate product and business priorities into technical delivery.
