Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field plus 5 years experience in software engineering or 7 years experience in software engineering with 2 years supervisory experience.
Strong expertise in frontend technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS, accessibility standards.
Strong backend skills with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST/event APIs, and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and system design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced engineering leader managing teams of 6–15 engineers with track record of mentoring and growing teams in agile, fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive architectural excellence and system design for scalable, maintainable platforms.
Strong collaborator comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, UX, and stakeholders to deliver impactful software products and enhance platform reliability.
