Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for AI-powered storage solutions and multi-agent systems, ensuring quality and reliability.
Evaluate AI system behaviors including LLMs, recommendation engines, and generative outputs for accuracy, bias, safety, latency, and user trust.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI product performance, address production issues, and maintain testing documentation and defect reporting.
Minimum Requirements
7-10 years of software engineering experience.
At least 3 years of experience testing production-scale Generative AI systems.
Onsite work requirement at HPE office (India).
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright), API testing, and familiarity with Python or JavaScript scripting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in validating complex AI/ML systems including LLM evaluation, prompt testing, and AI safety assessments.
Skilled in designing and driving automated and manual testing workflows in production environments for AI products.
Comfortable working closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists to define and meet AI feature success criteria.
