Maintain operational accuracy and timeliness in PCF creation, ETF basket management, corporate action processing, and UCF dissemination.
Process corporate actions on model ETF portfolios using Bloomberg and index provider data ensuring alignment with client indexes.
Lead process improvement initiatives, manage client communications, and ensure reconciliation and documentation updates across ETF servicing operations.
Minimum Requirements
Experience required in Fund Accounting, NAV in ETF/MF/Hedge Funds, Corporate Action processing, Trade Operations, or related Investment Operations with a reputed global firm.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, Technical or related field preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word) and have good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in night shift.

Experienced in trades settlement, corporate actions, or fund accounting within ETF servicing or related investment operations environment.
Analytical with logical reasoning skills to resolve issues and ensure operational accuracy.
Ability to coordinate across teams and lead process improvements, with attention to detail and deadline orientation.
