Participate in a full-time, 18-month global leadership development program with hands-on training in hotel Rooms Operations and exposure to managing projects and people.

Collaborate in management meetings, contribute ideas and solutions, and undertake special projects to improve processes and customer relationships.

Bachelor’s degree or higher required; associate degree acceptable only for Culinary discipline.

Must be a recent university or hotel school graduate (within the past year) or completing graduation within 12 months of application.

Work authorization required in India (local citizen or permanent resident); no visa or relocation sponsorship provided.
