Experience managing Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams, including distributed/global teams.
Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Tempo, Confluence.
Ability to manage delivery based on capacity, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large, multi-disciplinary software engineering teams (20+ engineers) across multiple locations.
Demonstrates strong technical understanding of software architectures including APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps.
Skilled at balancing technical delivery with stakeholder management, governance, risk escalation, and resource optimization for SaaS or B2B technology platforms.
