Develop and implement software solutions focused on Linux system administration and troubleshooting within Nasdaq Trade Surveillance Operations.
Provide L2/L3 technical support including root cause analysis for processing issues, ensuring production environment stability using Zabbix monitoring tools.
Perform system supervision, log monitoring, incident resolution per SLAs/ITIL, application deployments via Puppet, Gitlab, and Bitbucket, and develop automation tools using Bash/Python.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years experience in Linux/Unix environment administration and troubleshooting.
3-4 years experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana.
2-3 years experience with configuration management tools including Puppet and Ansible, and scripting in Bash and Python.
2 years exposure to AWS cloud technologies; familiarity with Jira, Git/Bitbucket; understanding of ITIL incident management processes.

Skilled in proactive production issue resolution and automation development to streamline operations.
