Minimum Requirements
6 to 15 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, industrial relations, store administration, or related functions.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Commerce (B.Com), CA Accounting, BA, ITI, or B.Tech as mentioned.
Knowledge and experience in Finance, IR, FAA, Accounting, Storage Admin, Management Accounting required.
Must be capable of handling statutory compliance, GST filing, budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial reconciliation, statutory compliance and labor welfare administration in industrial or construction environments.
Capable of managing budgets, vendor relationships, and statutory documentation with attention to detail and regulatory adherence.
Comfortable operating across finance, industrial relations, and administrative functions, coordinating with multiple stakeholders including HQ, clients, and vendors.
