Consult with internal clients to translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions with medium to high complexity.
Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, etc.).
Collaborate with Product Owners and Practice Managers to align technical solutions with program goals and prepare technical documentation including system diagrams and flowcharts.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of recent experience as a ServiceNow developer.
Experience working on multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, ITAM.
Workplace type: Hybrid (partially remote).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in ServiceNow development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex ServiceNow development projects with capability to handle medium to high complexity software environments.
Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including Product Owners and Practice Managers.
Certification such as CSA, CAD, or CIS preferred but not mandatory.
