Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically Benefits Module.
Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Benefits solutions.
Strong understanding of benefits administration, policies, and compliance.
Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates operational ownership of end-to-end Oracle Fusion Benefits implementation and support cycles.
Experienced in collaborating across HR, Payroll, IT, and external stakeholders to optimize benefits processes.
Comfortable leading trainings, managing complex issue resolution, and driving continuous improvement in benefits administration.
