Build production-ready data products (Silver and Gold layers) following architectural designs and business requirements with operational MVP delivery.
Ensure high-quality, reusable, and governed data assets via CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and AI-accelerated build processes.
Collaborate with Data Architecture, Analysis, Platform Engineering, and Governance teams to uphold standards and enable reuse across a global delivery model.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience building production-grade data solutions with analytics engineering or equivalent business-plus-build expertise.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, Unity Catalog, SQL, Python; familiarity with Snowflake and Teradata.
Expert knowledge of dimensional and medallion (Silver/Gold) modeling and production-grade software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, code review).
Work Hours: 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong blend of business fluency and hands-on data engineering discipline, capable of translating business logic into reusable data products.
Experienced in regulated, complex enterprise environments, preferably healthcare or pharmacy benefit management data.
Skilled in applying AI and automation to accelerate data product builds while maintaining governance, quality, and security standards.
