Own end-to-end project management for AI and IT projects in banking and corporate treasury domains, including scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and governance.
Lead continuous business process improvements using data analytics, managing stakeholder coordination across business and IT teams, including third-party vendors.
Manage project documentation, team coaching, and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards, supporting BAU handover and project onboarding/offboarding.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: Proven experience in IT project management within banking systems and corporate treasury operations.
Mandatory domain knowledge: Strong understanding of banking domain, corporate treasury, operations, and financial governance.
Technical skills: Experience with Power BI, Data Analytics (DAX, SQL), AI Agents, Multimodal AI, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools.
Education: B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or BE degree required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex projects bridging business and IT within banking and corporate treasury environments.
Capable of working with hybrid project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and driving consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing and coaching teams, ensuring project governance, quality, and regulatory compliance.
