Manage and supervise a local team of Consultants and Senior Consultants in delivering strategy and operations consulting services.

Minimum Requirements
7+ years of strategy or transformation consulting experience (excluding system integration) or industry IT leadership experience with demonstrated progression.
MBA or relevant advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Sciences from a top educational institution.
Preference for candidates based in Hyderabad willing to work afternoon to late evening IST for US team overlap.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years relevant experience in consulting or IT leadership roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in IT operating models, digital transformation, IT strategy, governance frameworks, and organizational change management.
Comfortable managing clients and leading teams in a cross-geography environment with US-based collaboration.
Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills in strategy and operations consulting contexts.
