Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management.
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management configuration and modules as listed.
Ability to create functional design documents and assist integration testing.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading business process workshops and advising on Oracle Cloud Talent Management impacts.
Skilled in managing end-to-end implementation phases including testing, cutover, and user training.
Demonstrates strong communication, analytical, presentation, and team handling skills.
