Own day-to-day delivery and maturity of Sprinto's standard-framework GRC programs including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS compliance and audits.
Develop and maintain reusable templates, control mappings, and AI-assisted playbooks to standardize and improve compliance engagement efficiency.
Manage commercial outcomes for engagements including pricing, margin, utilization, forecasting, and partner with Sales/SE/CS to drive service attachment and renewals.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in GRC/security consulting or in-house compliance program ownership.
Hands-on delivery experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance programs is mandatory.
Contract role for 6 months with immediate joiner preference.
Preferred certifications: ISO 27001 LA/LI, CISA or CISM are noted but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep domain expertise in ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type I/II, and GDPR with proven ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently.
Operator mindset capable of owning pricing, margin, and utilization metrics independently for their portfolio.
Experience leveraging AI tools to create standardized deliverables and improve workflow efficiency, with strong judgment to manage scope and ambiguity.
