Analyze operational datasets using SQL/MySQL and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor and improve client operational performance.
Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations to optimize business processes and reporting workflows, including automation using Power Platform tools.
Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with data governance and HIPAA regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering (preferred fields also include Cloud Computing, Software Engineering).
2-4 years of relevant experience (explicitly stated).
Hands-on experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, dashboard development) and strong SQL skills (query writing, joins, aggregations).
Must be willing to work flexible night shifts aligned with US Time zone and work from office as per JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing and optimizing Power BI solutions with advanced knowledge of data modeling and DAX performance tuning.
Able to interpret complex operational data into business insights and communicate findings effectively through reports and presentations.
Familiarity with healthcare datasets or Revenue Cycle Management is a plus, along with knowledge of Power Platform tools and cloud environments like AWS.
