Head of Collections - Strategy & Analytics

Full accountability for collections metrics including cash collected, arrears, roll-rates, PAR/NPL, and recovery economics.

Design and execute multi-horizon collections strategies focusing on cash optimization, recovery improvement, and customer behavior change.

Lead data-driven decision making with strong partnerships across Risk, Product, Tech, and CX to improve collections performance.

Minimum 8 years proven experience in Collections with senior leadership experience in lending, fintech, or credit-led businesses.

First degree in any related field of study.

Proven track record of materially improving collections performance and operating in data-rich, fast-moving environments.

Must be willing to spend at least one week per month in Nigeria.

Experienced senior collections leader capable of designing and executing strategic collections transformations with measurable impact.

Comfortable in fast-paced, data-driven settings with strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills.

Skilled at building high calibre leadership teams and creating cultures of accountability and continuous improvement.
