Own end-to-end property management services at the site to ensure smooth facility operations and enhanced efficiency using innovation and technology.
Manage manpower planning, hiring, vendor management, and ensure compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Oversee budgeting controls, billing accuracy, complaint management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and produce daily/monthly management reports.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Marine Engineering, or equivalent.
8 to 10 years of work experience in Facility Industry, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry; preference for candidates with residential site experience.
Location: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Scheduled weekly working hours: 48 hours.
